"First Time Shopping Experience! Awesome Service!!"
I just placed my initial order with Justhaat.com and I gotta say, they really blew me away. The packaging was super nice and protective. I got some sauces, and not a single drop leaked or anything like that. Everything else was packed perfectly too, can't complain at all. I’d totally recommend them and will definitely shop here again down the line.

This is a fantastic site for getting Indian groceries. There's a ton of variety available. Delivery is fast, customer service is on point, and the company is super reliable. The interface is easy to trust. They even refunded me for a few missing items, and that was after 10 days post-delivery. Really appreciate that!! I’d totally suggest this to anyone looking to shop without any stress.

"Received an expired item in my order"
I got a Rasgulla that was past its expiration date in my order. The date was set for January, but it arrived in October. I only realized something was off after taking a bite and tasting the sourness, which led me to check the expiry date. I've been a loyal customer of JustHaat, so I was pretty let down this time around.

"Please cut down on the cling film..."
Like I mentioned earlier, you really need to cut back on the cling film in the packaging. If this keeps up, I might have to drop my rating to 1 star.

"Quick and Awesome..."
This was my first time shopping with this company, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The delivery arrived the next day, which, considering our past online shopping experiences, was just incredible. We’re familiar with the product since we’ve been using it for years, and it’s just wonderful. No more hunting for a supplier for this type of product; we’ll definitely be coming back for all our future purchases.

Once again, I got brilliant service! Just received my order of alphonso mangoes, and they’re top-notch. They were wrapped excellently to prevent any damage. I can't find anything to complain about with this company. I’ll be shopping here again for sure, highly suggest it! 😊👍
